The Pulaski County Civil Process and Warrants Division processes and serves all civil summonses, subpoenas, orders, complaints, motions, notices, garnishments, levies, petitions, writs, and civil warrants in Pulaski County and the towns of Dublin and Pulaski. In addition, this division assists the Patrol Division in the execution of various criminal warrants. Criminal summonses and criminal warrants are served by all sworn personnel within the department and are typically handled by the Patrol Division. |
