The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office has office personnel and essential personnel available 24 hours a day. The office personnel such as the Criminal Investigations and Administrative Divisions work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Essential personnel such as those assigned to the Communications and Patrol Divisions are available 24 hours per day. To obtain a warrant, you must appear in person before a Magistrate and present them with probable cause for the issuance of a warrant. The Magistrate's Office is located at the New River Valley Regional Jail, 108 Baker Rd., Dublin, VA 24084. Phone: 540-643-2009.

It is the policy of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office to comply with all FOIA regulations as they pertain to providing public documents and records. The person requesting public records shall identify the records with reasonable specificity and a public copy will be given unless it will compromise an ongoing investigation. This service is provided at no cost to the person(s) involved. The Sheriff reserves the right to charge other persons and insurance companies for records. 

 

It is the policy of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office to comply with all FOIA regulations as they pertain to providing public documents and records. To obtain a traffic crash report, contact the Patrol Division Captain at 540-980-7807 or appear in person at the Sheriff's Office and make your request. There is no charge for traffic crash reports if requested by the person(s) involved. The Sheriff reserves the right to charge other persons and insurance companies for records.
